Pragmatic AI Adoption
Evolve your organisation with AI adoption strategies tailored to you, empowering your teams.
Leadership guidance
We begin by working with one or more of your leaders, guiding them to understand how AI will benefit their business goals and culture. This begins with as little as five hours of in-person and online instruction, and a major output is an AI Roadmap for your business together with an appropriate AI Policy. We also provide ongoing guidance to leaders and boards on how to navigate the adoption of AI.

AI adoption
We help you weave AI into your workflows, beginning with low-risk pilot projects and working through to the adoption of AI throughout your organisation - which might include changes to your operating model and how you manage data. AI can be useful in almost everything an organisation does, but choosing the places where it makes the most difference to your organisation, where it is more likely to stay relevant longer into the future, and doing that in the right way makes an enormous difference to your return on investment and how your people embrace it.
We work with you to design and implement a programme to increase the awareness, skills and knowledge and motivation of your people in relation to AI. This is a critical element to enable your organisation to get the most out of AI.

What We Do
AI is not another technology
The arrival of the latest generation of AI tools is similar to the first roll-out of electricity - this is the start of a wave of change involving threats and opportunities for almost all businesses. AI tools certainly offer efficiency gains if they are adopted well. But they also enable us to advance business objectives in completely new ways.
Leaders that adopt AI effectively will dramatically empower their people, improve the quality of decision-making throughout their organisation and see large efficiency gains. Some leaders will even radically change their organisation's operating model and modify their products and services to share more value with their customers. Organisations which adopt AI badly, will find it an expensive way of making everyone involved feel threatened and frustrated.
You do not need to rush, but it is no longer possible to do nothing and wait. Do it well.

Do it well
General principles to guide AI adoption.
Pragmatic evolution, not a chaotic revolution
Your AI Roadmap's objectives should be to deliver the objectives of your business. Weave AI carefully into existing workflows and don't promise immediate miracles.
Measure impacts, not infrastructure
Always focus on finding and creating enduring value. Measure AI's tangible business impacts. Don't spend much effort counting how many AI tools are lying around or how many subscriptions you are paying for.
Focus on people, not technology
Leaders must lead in the adoption of AI. Individuals experimenting can be good. AI-empowered leaders with a roadmap are great. A programme to upskill and motivate your people is essential. For most businesses, data management will be important, but do not be led by technology.
Create an AI Roadmap
For many small-medium businesses, we find an AI Roadmap can start with just a couple of pages, so long as you explore all the main elements, including risks.
